Justin Hyppolite aka DeepJust AQuaBeaT from New York.
Justin has strong musical ties to ancestral rhythms. Is a calling to Africa. The sounds that develops are strong in the presence of percussion, shakers and more of that vodu (positive note).
He has a charisma of his own in the development of his productions. A tribal translation that is ripped into the Deep House, House language.
In this EP he shows some of that jazz.
Besides that "I Beat My Drum" is the one for the remixes, one of them was made by the Pirahnahead, Maurice Herd from Detroit, belongs to the history of Deep House in tha funky/jazzy approach. He has several releases @ Mahogani Music, @ Sound Signature to name a few.
The other remix belongs to the space experimental design of PeteBlas.
This tracks can fit in several sub-genres of House and more. Overall is an unique EP full of character.
